What a beautiful day we had today. Temp was in the low eighties and the sun was great. I have even started working on my summer tan. I will pay for that as soon as I go to bed tonight. I'm red all over and I'm sure it will be warm tonight. But sometimes we get some sun without really realizing it. That is what happened to me. We were getting our camp ready to move into very soon and I was raking the leaves and branches up that have fallen there and I got a little more sun than I thought.

As far as the walking goes. I take most weekends off but yesterday I past the three and a half mile mark for the first time.........I hope to make the five and a half mile mark before summer ends.
