I went and did the excerise thing this morning.......It is a sunshiny day but not a day I think you would want to spend a lot of time outside. It is only in the thirties here yet. I hop maybe by the end of next week it will warm here some.

The wife is progressing slowly from the surgery. We have removed the bandages and she says it has helped as far as the soreness goes.By next week she should be up and about and feeling much much better. She has finally gotten herself together some and that has helped also. She tends to sleep quite a bit after she takes her pain medicine. But I guess that can be expected.
